Brenda Ann Osman age 64, of Steger, IL passed away Tuesday, December 29th at home surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer.  

Born January 3rd, 1956 in Chicago, IL.  She was the eldest daughter of Clifton and the late Delores Tomes.  Sister of Deborah Grudzien (Tom Zimmerman), Shirley (Tony) Fulwood, Patricia (Fred) Gipson, and T.J. (Cheryl) Tomes.  

Brenda was a loving mother to her two daughters Jamie (Gabe) Daniels and Stephanie (Dan) Moser with whom she shared an inseparable bond.   She was a devoted wife to John, her husband of 43 years.   

Brenda was a Nana to her five adored grandchildren David Dentzman Jr., Jacob Daniels, Alyssa Moser, Daniel Moser Jr., and Taylor Moser.    Brenda was a great-Nana to her cherished great-grandson Kayden Dentzman.  

Brenda is also survived by her many nieces and nephews Chasity (Ed) Daughtery, Kearsten Price, Angela (Chris) Nelson, Kirissa (Jeff) Semko, Jessi (Tony) Lee, Sarah (Andrew) Jagoda, and Adam Fulwood.  As well as her many great nieces and nephews Autumn Thompson, Gabrielle Price, Chase Thompson, Jaxon Lee, Luke Jagoda, Carter Jagoda, Roman Semko, and baby girl Semko.

Brenda was a strong, kind, warm, and loving woman who loved her family and friends above all else.  Brenda was happiest spending time with her family and loved going to craft shows and festivals with her friends.  She enjoyed traveling and in recent years took trips to places such as Hawaii, Turks and Caicos, and California where she could spend time on sunny beaches that brought her joy and peace.
